SIX MONTHS after the forced sale of Padd Farm. Mr and Ms Beach have not received a penny from the new owners.
It is ironic that after decades of taking in homeless families sent to them by Runnymede Borough Council and putting them up in their caravans at Padd Farm. Mr and Mrs Beach are now forced to live in a caravan with no running water themselves and with no assistance from the council whatsoever.
Some of their personal belongings were returned by dumping them in the street. But the more valuable items belonging to the pensioners have been STOLEN.
Their son Robert's mental health has deteriorated and he is sleeping rough as a result.
New-born granddaughter and other grandchildren are living in a front room with parents in a house which is far too small.
Dogs that used to run free are now chained up. Other animals are being cared for by neighbours.
But Mr and Ms Beach will never give up until they get to the bottom of why the Receiver deliberately stopped the sale of Padd Farm in 2019.
We at PaddFarmStory strongly suspect the council appointed Receiver, Louise Brittain, was incentivised with a BRIBE from the new owners. There is simply no other reason why the Receiver would apply for a court order to transfer Padd Farm title to a third party when the property was scheduled to be sold to Mr and Ms Beach’s purchaser in just a few weeks time during 2019.
Post a Comment below if YOU know why Receiver, Louise Brittain stopped the sale of Padd Farm in 2019 or anything else Mr and Ms Beach should know about.
